- Confirmation subject to availability
- 50% Deposit is required upon confirmation
- The Rates include 21% Government Tax & Service Charge
- No Wedding reservation will be accepted on 24-25 Dec and 30 Dec – 2 Jan
- The Kayana Beach reserve the right to charge the guest directly for these services should the agent fail to make full prepayment before the expected date of guest arrival/event.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 50% cancellation fee will incur (from total value of cancellation) made within:
– 30 days prior to arrival (regular season)
– 45 days prior to the arrival (high season) - 100% of total booked will be charge for any NO SHOW cancellation made within:
– 24 hours low season
– 3 days high season
